• With the Creators - If you purchase a product we will provide your name and email address to the creator as the contract is between you and the creator. The creator  will be provided with data of where you are on watching and downloading content in order to improve the course and help you the most. 
• With Other Customers and Creators - If you have created a store profile and products your public information is searchable by others. If you leave a review on a product this will be able to be seen by others, however it will only include your first name and your review. 
• With Service Providers, Contractors, and Agents - We share your data with third-party companies who perform services on our behalf, like payment processing, fraud and abuse prevention, data analysis, marketing and advertising services (including retargeted advertising), email and hosting services, and customer services and support. These service providers may access your personal data and are required to use it solely as we direct, to provide our requested service. (All data categories)

Learners HQ takes technical and organizational security measures to protect the information provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. At any point you can delete your account as long as it adheres to the policy of deleting in the Terms of Service. Please note this may not remove all of your data that is visible to others as reviews will remain. These will only have a first name however and no identifiable information.
